Reiki
What is Reiki ?
Reiki is a Japanese technique for stress reduction and relaxation that also promotes healing. It is administered by "laying on hands" and is based on the idea that an unseen "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is low, then we are more likely to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more capable of being happy and healthy.
The word Reiki is made of two Japanese words - Rei which means "God's Wisdom or the Higher Power" and Ki which is "life force energy". So Reiki is actually "spiritually guided life force energy."
A treatment feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit creating many beneficial effects that include relaxation and feelings of peace, security and wellbeing.
Reiki is a simple, natural and safe method of spiritual healing and self-improvement that everyone can use and benefit from.

Sound Therapy
What is sound therapy ?
Sound therapy uses sound waves produced by tuning forks in the biomagnetic field that surrounds the human body. It resolves distortion in your electromagnetic field, leaving you feeling calm, clear and free of stress. I use the bodies main energy centers ( The Chakras) to work through the bodies electromagnetic field finding any energetic “knots” and releasing them. This allows the body to move back into a state of coherence, where the body can begin to function and heal in a more productive way.
During a sound therapy session you will be lying down in a comfortable position and remain that way for the entirety of the session. Most clients become very calm and the occasional one falls asleep because they are so relaxed.
A sound therapy session usually takes between 45 minutes to 1 hour (there are cases when all the chakras are blocked and the session can run longer) Cost $100

Soul Ancestry
What are soul ancestry meditations ?
Through the last decade of my healing journey one thing became very apparent, there was more going on behind the scene of “me” then I was aware of. My journey so far in this life was not the only thing affecting my health and spiritual path. There were lifetimes affecting my growth and no just my lifetimes but all the lifetimes of my ancestors that came before me. The energies we carry into this life from all our soul linages affect us, when left uncleared they can weigh us down energetically and physically.
I have developed a series of sessions to help prepare, build and experience what it means to access these parts of our souls. Currently I am offering these sessions on a one on one basis so I can personalize them to best suit each person.
Session One - Intro to Soul Ancestry Meditation
In the first session we cover the basics of meditation, breathing and getting the body into a relaxed state to prepare our mind, body and soul for the exploration of our souls ancestral lineages.
Session Two - Intermediate Soul Ancestry Meditation
In the second session we cover how to build connections to your 4 main soul ancestral linage lines and how to work with and heal these individual lines.
Session Three - Advanced Soul Ancestry Meditation
In the third session we access our ancestral guides from each line and work on healing current life related issue and understanding how to navigate each lineage for healing and self discovery.
Once you complete the full set of meditations you will have powerful tools for self exploration that comes from within and that you will have access to whenever, wherever and forever.
Each session runs about 45 min - Cost $85
