• Who am I ?

    I am someone who has an inextinguishable thirst to learn and a curiosity to understand humanity’s connections to the world around them. How we interact physically, emotional and spiritually with Mother Earth, the Universe and all the energies that create our reality. I value cooperation and community, joint efforts in lifting one another and having empathy and tolerance for our fellow human beings. I believe we are all connected, we are soul’s having a human experience, we are eternal and powerful and uniquely beautiful.

    Once we realize we want change, whether it’s a dramatic one or just a “getting my toes wet” sort of approach, you are the catalyst for your own evolution. My goal is to spark curiosity by sharing what I have learned and teach the tools that allows us to find our own answers. My honor is to walk along side you and offer support for your journey. We are capable of creating our own realities, We all have a light that shines within us and a purpose to explore.

Nice to Meet you

Over the last 10 years, I’ve journeyed through the interconnected aspects of my body, mind and soul to understand their deep unity. It’s definitely not all sunshine and rainbows, but there is great love and great joy to be found within and without. Along the way, I found many avenues that shed light on the answers I was looking for. My path lead me to Reiki. I received my first Reiki treatment 10 years ago and was fascinated. I knew that I needed to have this skill. I love Reiki, it’s a beautiful way to work with the bodies energies but there was something missing for me, something I couldn’t quite get to. That’s when a dear friend emailed me a link to a sound therapist and all the pieces fell into place. Sound therapy allowed me to access aspects of myself that were hidden from me , traumas that happened generations ago that I was unaware of. These stuck energies were having an impact on my health and happiness, and with this insight I was able to begin clearing them. I wanted to share this with others and began combining Reiki and sound therapy into one practice. Since then, it’s been one rabbit hole to the next of knowledge collecting, feeding my deep desire to understand how energies work within and around us. Every person I have the privilege to work with brings new insight, learning and an opportunity to share and create healing. I look forward to growing with you.
